Judith Behmer

With almost 20 years in the industry, Judith knows the fashion business from every angle. As a business economist and designer, she has led everything from B2B sales to brand development, through glamorous trade fairs and hard market crises alike.

She keeps pushing the industry forward and values direct conversations at trade fairs, in sales and with partners.
In summer, she is often at her computer shortly after 5:00 a.m., bakes her own bread and loves discovering new people and places.

Luiza Mutsaeva

Luiza is the heart of our production. With decades of experience in bespoke tailoring and series manufacturing, she finds solutions for even the most complex production challenges.

Her precision and speed are legendary. She is the quality conscience of our house and an inspiration for every new talent.
Even privately, she rarely lets the needle rest. In the kitchen she is just as quick: she kneads the dough for traditional Galnash at impressive speed.
Islam Mutsaev
The Architect of the Smart Manufactory

Islam Mutsaev

As an IT graduate, Islam brings digital logic into the workshop. But he also knows the process from the floor up: from scissors to CNC cutter, from one-off pieces to 70-layer production runs.

He is the mind behind our Production 4.0 and connects pixels with textiles.
His most productive hours often start around 10:30 p.m. When he is not thinking about system architecture, he talks about films or dives into gaming.

Our philosophy: we know both sides.

We know what it feels like to be a label waiting for goods, and we know what it means to sit at the machine. This double perspective is what makes us different.

Responsibility as a family business: We build for the long term. That means fair conditions, real integration and respectful collaboration.
Technology as relief: We digitalize to strengthen the craft. Our systems take pressure out of production and create room for quality.
Transparency through experience: We have nothing to hide. Because we have worked through every stage of production ourselves, our advice goes far beyond classic contract sewing.
