We make production measurable. Our machines are gradually becoming part of an intelligent IoT network, with data flowing into dedicated dashboards for our team and for our partners.

Internal production cockpit: We monitor machines, analyze quality data in real time and optimize throughput so bottlenecks can be detected before they slow production down.
Your customer interface: As a partner, you receive access to your own dashboard. With 30-minute status updates, you can see which batch is in which process step, from cutting to quality control, and when your goods are ready to ship.

The Digital Twin

Before the first meter of fabric is cut, we create a digital twin for your garment. We use 3D visualization to test fit, proportions and material behavior on a digital avatar.

Efficient sampling: 3D does not replace the tactile reality of womenswear. It prepares it with precision and reduces unnecessary physical sampling rounds.
Data foundation: Every digital model becomes a reliable basis for production, documentation and future repeat orders.

Augmented Craftsmanship

We use technology to support craftsmanship, not to replace it. Our skilled workers operate at digitally assisted workstations that we continue to develop.

Step-by-step guidance: Tablet or projection-based assistance helps execute complex details precisely and consistently.
